Villagers from Tlogosari Village, Pokmas Walida Cooperative – led by Pak Muhlisin – have partnered with exporter Belift Green Beans to grow high-quality, transparent coffees for new markets. Naturally processed, the beans are painstakingly cared for in Java’s dense, humid environment to ensure consistency and quality by drying on raised beds for 15-16 days, stirring hourly, then patio dried for another 8-10 days.

This medium-dark roast is excellent as a bright and fruity pour-over, and really shines as a creamy espresso that tastes to us like chocolate-covered raspberries.
